Cancellation Policy
Card information is required to book a service online through GlossGenius. Your card will not be charged at time of booking.
50% of your service price will be charged to the card on file for any no call no show appointment, or appointments that have to be cancelled due to being 10+ minutes late. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are subject to this fee as well.
Arriving 10+ minutes late will forfeit your time slot and your appointment will have to be rescheduled or cancelled.
These policies will be enforced when needed, however I understand that life happens! Some things (like getting sick) are completley out of our control, I just ask that you communicate with me.
